Nichole DeLaPlante, DO

Dr. Nichole DeLaPlante has particular interests in adolescent, sports and, alternative medicine. She graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York in 2007 and completed her residency training at University of Utah Healthcare in Salt Lake City. Dr. DeLaPlante joined Lone Peak Primary Care in August 2010.

Anne M. Dubosky, DO

Dr. Anne Dubosky is a board-certified family practitioner with special interests in preventative medicine and women’s health. She is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a three-year training program in family practice at Somerset Hospital in New Jersey. With 20 years of experience, Dr. Dubosky has practiced in Washington, New Jersey, and Utah.

A native of Pennsylvania, Dr. Dubosky lives in Draper with her husband and son. She enjoys gardening, cycling, skiing and spending time with her family.
