About Us
Lone Peak Primary Care is an affiliate of MountainStar Healthcare and HCA, also known as Hospital Corporation of America. We opened our doors to start seeing patients on September 18, 2006.
Our medical staff includes Theresa Gourde, M.D. Internal Medicine, Anne Dubosky, D.O. Family Practice, and Erin Coppin, Physician's Assistant .
We are a full service medial clinic offering a full range of services for patients aged two and older.
